Crystal’s customers can now place orders wherever they are and when ever they need to by logging into Crystal’s new easy-to-use online ordering system. It gives customers a convenient, quick and straightforward way request fast quotes and order the products they need outside of normal office hours.

Chairman Martin Randall explains: “Once your account has been set up you can connect to our system at any time of the day or night. You can then request an immediate quote or place an order. It’s another step towards ensuring Crystal offers the best, fastest and most efficient service to our customers.”

Crystal Direct is proud to sponosor ‘Polo for Heroes’ – a spectacular day of thrilling polo in aid of the Help for Heroes charity on 24^th July at the St Albans Polo Club. Martin Randall, Crystal’s Chairman and a keen polo player, will be captaining one of the four teams taking part. Also competing will be a military team and two celebrity teams – one captained by former World Boxing Champion Steve Collins, the other by Kenny Jones one time drummer with The Who and The Small Faces.

“This going to be a great event. And it’s raising money for a truly terrific cause,” explains Martin. “Polo is such an exciting sport – I defy anyone to watch it and not get caught up in the action. It’s fast. It’s furious. And it’s great entertainment.”

The new service aims to make installers' lives easier by giving Crystal's customers a convenient opportunity to stock up on a wide range of essential products everytime they receive window delivery. Crystal’s drivers will now check as a matter of course  to see if customers need any additional items. Customers can also call drivers directly to arrange for a special delivery if they unexpectedly run out of an item. To make everything really straightforward, drivers have been given price lists and customers can pay them directly.
