Crystal Direct has launched the Smart-Price-Stick, a USB pen with a personalised price list and quote generator for its customers. The software has been developed over seven months so that Crystal’s salesman can personalise customers’ trade price list onsite at first visit, using their laptops. It’s all downloaded onto a handy USB pen that can then be used by the customer at any laptop or computer.
