Complete conservatories delight Crystal customers

A Crystal conservatory

Earlier this year Crystal launched a One Stop Conservatory Shop to simplify the buying process and make it easier and quicker for installers to buy conservatories. Customers can buy everything they need in one ‘stop’ or order from Crystal, saving them time and money.

Crystal’s complete conservatory package has been a resounding success. Linda Fowell, co-owner of BSF Windows, who installs several complete conservatories a month says: “It’s just so easy to be honest. You order a roof and windows, then 7-10 days later everything’s delivered at the same time. You know exactly how much you’re paying, with no nasty surprises.

“We’re 100% satisfied with the product and service. Getting everything you need from one supplier is so much more convenient for our business,” adds Linda.

Gary Drew from Better Deal Windows agrees: “Ordering the whole job from one supplier cuts down on cost. Crystal’s conservatories cannot be beaten – the fitters love them and my customers are always delighted with the results. That’s why after 10 years I am still a loyal Crystal customer.”

Matthew Burt, Crystal Sales Director says: “We’ve been delighted with the response to Crystal’s One Stop Conservatory Shop. Conservatories can be a hassle for window companies – often you have to go to one supplier for the windows, another for the roof and then another for the glazing. It takes time, and more transactions increases the chance of error. We realised we could make the whole process easier and more cost-effective for installers by offering them the complete package and customers love it.”
