Crystal Direct has reported a 21% increase in sales in 2011 compared with 2010. The New Year starts on a high too with sales in January up 26% on forecast.
Managing Director Brian Geraghty says Crystal’s continuing strong growth in a market which declined is down to good, reliable service, great support and giving installers the best choice of products to help them sell at a difficult time. He comments: “Year-on-year Crystal continues to do well and this is simply down to delivering what customers need to help them stand out in an increasingly competitive market. Of course we are not immune to market downturns, but those who help their customers stay ahead of the game and get their message across are the winners.
“We offer an extensive choice of products to give customers the best selling opportunities and our great service helps them to deliver professionally and on time to their customers. In today’s market, that is particularly important.”
