Online order tracking - the latest innovation from Crystal!

Crystal Direct has invested in EvoCite order tracking software from Business Micros. The software allows customers to log on to Crystal’s website – www.crystal-direct.co.uk - and track their orders online.

The remote customer order tracking system can be accessed 24/7 allowing customers to see all the information they need at the touch of a button.

Once logged in with a secure password, customers can view order acknowledgements, quotations and find out when their order is due for delivery. They can also look at their order history, searching by order date, order number, customer reference, job number and delivery date. EvoCite also allows customers to view orders for individual frames and see specification and glass detail making it easy to place repeat orders.
