Crystal Direct’s marketing activities are paying off with a reliable stream of leads from a good spread of sources. Out of 51 new enquiries in July, 60% were directly generated by direct marketing, 20% from an advert in Professional Builder, 10% via window trade magazines and a further 10% by referral.
