Always looking for new ways to improve the service it offers customers, Crystal’s fleet of delivery lorries now carry a wide range of essential accessories such as white and brown silicone/sealants, superglue, Fischer bolts, window fixing screws and painters’ caulk. The new service aims to make installers' lives easier by giving Crystal's customers a convenient opportunity to stock up on a wide range of essential products everytime they receive window delivery. Crystal’s drivers will now check as a matter of course  to see if customers need any additional items. Customers can also call drivers directly to arrange for a special delivery if they unexpectedly run out of an item. To make everything really straightforward, drivers have been given price lists and customers can pay them directly.
