Company history
Based in Hertfordshire, Crystal Direct was founded by company chairman, Martin Randall, in 1990.
Over the past 20 years, Crystal has grown to become one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of conservatories, windows and doors.
Martin Randall
Crystal’s chairman, Martin Randall, has more than two decades’ experience in the windows industry.
Martin started out in 1984 as fitter for a company specialising in commercial installations before setting up on his own as a domestic installer. His business grew quickly and Martin soon found himself with a team of ten fitters.
